Go to the house between 10:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. and ask the resident to show it to you. If after several attempts you are still unable to arrange a showing with the resident, contact HGE Properties, Inc. for an appointment to see it. Please respect the current resident's privacy. Also, HGE Properties, Inc. can set up an appointment to show you the unit. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours advance notice so that we give our current tenants the same advanced notice courtesy.

If you want to rent the house, contact Julie at HGE Properties at 734.971.7850 to set up an appointment to begin the application process, and pay a deposit of the first month's rent.

Please note, the Administration Fee is $50.00 per person.

All leases begin at 12 Noon on September 4, 2007 and end on August 15, 2008. You can take early occupancy on September 1, 2005, at no additional charge. Early Occupancy/Cleaning Agreements are available and allow occupancy as soon as possible after the house has been vacated, inspected and any emergency maintenance completed.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL UTILITIES, including any deposits they may require. Security Deposit is equal to 1 1/2 month's rent and is due on or before August 1st.
